-How to register, order and pay

Registration method.

Please, follow these simple steps to register on the Perfumer website:

 Click "Register", located at the top right of the profile page.

Click Create Account.

Add your personal data and register your password.

 Click Create Account.

After registering on the site, you will be able to order any product

-To order products on the site, follow the instructions below

When placing an order through our website

-Register your account first through "Register" enter your email and password, then click "Login".

Choose the department you want to buy from, then choose the product you want to view

Choose the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart".

You can now press "Continue" to add other products to purchase, or to review your existing order by clicking on "Shopping Cart and Continue."

You will receive a confirmation email from us once the order has been placed. This mail will contain the order number #, product details, prices and delivery details.

In the event of missing / incomplete information, a member of our customer service team will contact you to complete the information or send a message via WhatsApp

Method of payment and approval of the request.

Enter your payment and shipping information.

Choose the payment method that suits you, as payment cards such as K-Net, MasterCard, Visa...etc are accepted.

Approving and confirming the request, in the case of the option of payment upon receipt, after communicating with the customer

Whether by changing the status of the order in the store to the order that has been confirmed, you will receive an email "Confirmation of the order" and confirm it after completing the electronic payment process - then click on the success of your order

We do not ship outside Kuwait unless the full amount is paid on the website.
